Elvis Costello brings his Attractions to Bradford on Wednesday for a gig nobody should miss.
His short British tour, which has picked up rave reviews, reaches its final destination at Bradford University's Great Hall — and it should be an occasion to remember.
The bespectacled genius will he out to prove he is still This Year's Model and has compiled a set of mixed styles for this tour.
It is likely the early bulk of the show will be taken from Costello's last album, Punch The Clock.
But gems from his early albums and a few classic singles should be slotted in before the end.
Supporting Costello are country and western band Rank And File, from America.
The Bradford show was originally scheduled earlier this year for St. George's Hall, until Elvis the Intruder shelved his whole tour after a record company wrangle.
