Elvis Costello brings his Spectacular Spinning Songbook to Caesars Windsor’s Colosseum, April 21.
Dubbed The Revolver Tour and backed by his veteran band The Impostors, the show is interactive and allows audience members to pick many of the songs by spinning a wheel on stage, a la Wheel of Fortune.
It’ll be Costello’s first visit to Caesars although his wife, Diana Krall, beat him to the punch on Canada Day, July 1, last year.
Costello, whose real name is Declan McManus, burst on the British new wave scene in the late-1970s with such songs as Alison, Radio Radio, What’s So Funny About Peace, Love, and Understanding, and Oliver’s Army.
Tickets starting at $40 go on sale Friday, Jan. 20, at noon at the Colosseum box office, online at caesarswindsor.com, or toll-free at 1-800-991-7777.
