Are You A Boy Or Are You A Girl?

This is for all non-EC or peripheral-EC topics. We all know how much we love talking about 'The Man' but sometimes we have other interests.

Are You A Boy Or Are You A Girl?

Post by BlueChair »

Taking the queue from the old Nuggets box set track by The Barbarians, I thought I'd do something we did quite a while back.

I know that for some of us, it's obvious, but there are still some very androgenous people on the board.

So post, and vote... are you a boy, or are you a girl???

I of course, am a lad.
This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

There are more womenfolk, so far, than men on this board. Hear us roar!

To quote Le Tigre:

Are you a girl or a boy?
On guard!
Are you a boy or a girl?
On guard!
Are you a girl or a boy?
On guard!
Are you a boy or a girl?
On guard!

Of course, that song is about getting harrassed while you're walking down the street, but whatever.

I am a girl. I love everything about being a girl, except attention from weird, creepy guys.

Blue, are you trying to say that you are a weird, creepy guy? Are you trying to make me fall out of love with my yonic energy? Shame on you!

At the Smithsonian last week I saw someone who, I swear, looked just like that "Pat" character from Saturday Night Live a few years ago. I wanted to just get out my digital camera and start taking pics, but I decided to be discreet. The glasses, the clothes, I'm telling you - it may have really been Pat.

I just thought of it when you mentioned androgenous, Blue.

Oh yeah, I checked the "girl" box. :)

I picked girl, cause I am one.

Didnt it used to be the other way around, more males than females? Or maybe that was just a mistake in perception?

Shame on you, Blue Chair, for being so darned insensitive and not putting a third box for "transgendered"; and a fourth box for "I'm too drunk/stoned to be sure; I'll get back to you."

And, Ms. BA, who apparently takes a page from the Rodgers & Hammerstein songbook and "enjoys being a girl", what is "yonic energy." Is Yanni involved? :?

Yonic is like phallic for girls. I bet you'll come across that word like, three times today.

Boy. It seems like the girls outnumber the boys so far. Why couldn't I have these odds in college?

Ah! Hence the rarely used but immediately understood term, "yonny."

Sort of like eskimos have lots of names for snow, I suppose. :)

Oh, pooh, Misha. I was just messing around. :)

I picked that moniker because my hubby loves that song and reaches for my skirt every time he hears it.

I think he wrote it about Diana. Truly.
