Yeah, it's in my range, I went to Ohio in 2005 and 2009 for shows, but I'm already booked for Chicago and Philly as well as NYC so I think that'll do for now...

He played the Taft in 2002 I think, but he doesn't play Cincinnati that often...

Harlan Howard is one of the great country songsmiths of the 20th Century. Personally, I'm hoping it will cause Elvis to regale the crowd with a rendition of the Howard/Lauderdale tune You'll Know When It's Right.

The setlist on Elvis Costello.com suggests that the performance of Chelsea included some (or all) of Cincinnati Fatback. This is not a song I was familiar with, but a version of it by Roogalator (released on Stiff Records) can be found here:

Clearly it was posted by someone who cannot spell Cincinnati.

Can anyone confirm or deny the inclusion of some or all of this song in the Cincinnati show? It may just be an instrumental portion, but I can see how it would fit with Chelsea.

According to the Wiki, Harlan Howard wrote Busted and Heartaches By The Number.

"Harlan" replaced "Pump It Up in 6/8" on the wheel. Since the latter was a medley of "Pump It Up" and "Busted," it's possible a "Harlan" spin could result in an identical performance.

Hank (Henry) and Harlan are also the middle names of EC's younger sons (Dexter Henry Lorcan and Frank Harlan James).
