Notes: This disc seamlessly blends the 16 full songs Elvis performed on "A&E's Live By Request" to create the listening experience of "a concert that never was" by expertly removing the between-song chatter (talk, phone calls and interviews) from the original A&E cable network broadcast.

For those not familiar with the premise of the "Live By Request," the semi-regular broadcast features groups and artists performing before a live audience and taking calls ("requests") from fans. These calls, as well as interview and chatter with the show's host Mark McEwan, are NOT included here.

This set was recorded the night of the show's first airing, sourced from a digital satellite tuner directly to computer where it was recorded using the SAWpro program. SAWpro was used during the subsequent editing process, and track markers added using CD Wave Editor.
