Bright Blue Times review of North

Post by johnfoyle »

From Costello l-listserv -

Well, I've posted my review of NORTH at "Bright Blue
Times." I took my time writing it, because my early
reactions were different with each listen, and I
wanted to give the album time to sink in. Anyway, you
can find it here:

Cheers John. A fine review on what is undoubetedly the best EC site around. May it long continue.

Agreed.

Along with the much-missed fanzine "Beyond Belief", Connor's work on "Bright Blue Times" is some of the most insightful and entertaining writing about Elvis Costello that I've ever had the pleasure to read (and, I think I've read it all!). The research that does into the site is impeccable, easily putting the "official" biographers to shame.
