That's the track listing for the Right Spectacle DVD (although the list of bonus material is incomplete). I think that's what this is, rather than a DVD-Audio release.

Yes, now I see it also. This is The Right Spectacle. That should mean that it's official released over here.

The idea of "TKO(Boxing Day)" showing up on a "Best of" set is enough to make a head spin....
