Davey Farragher in 'The Borrowers' shock!!
Well he does look like Jim Broadbent!

But now that I do think about it, he rather looks like the man who played the young Clark Kent in the first Superman movie. Or the actor who played Kuryakin in The Man From UNCLE who was also in the short-lived Invisible Man series.
