Best of Emmylou

This is for all non-EC or peripheral-EC topics. We all know how much we love talking about 'The Man' but sometimes we have other interests.

Best of Emmylou

Post by Miss Macbeth »

Okay, so I need some help making a "Best of Emmylou" cd for the long drive to Atlanta. But since I am young and uncultured, I am not familiar with much of her stuff. I like everthing that I've heard, but I want to make a cd of some things that she and EC may do at the concert. Any idea on what songs to get?

All ideas will be greatly appreciated :P

Well, I don't know what to tell you about songs they may do at the show, but you won't ever go wrong buying her gorgeous album Wrecking Ball. A masterpiece all 'round, from her otherworldly voice to Daniel Lanois' shimmering production. One of my favourite albums of all time.
I think you'd better hold your tongue — although you never were that strong.
