It's like last week when I coudn't stop listening to Otis Redding! I was SO sick of it, but it was stuck in my head and I listened to a boxed set of his nonstop all week!

not like anybody's gonna actually own up to being a therapist here - such an overflowing of potential clients!

if you need the sad tunes, you need the sad tunes. makes me think of january, which for me is always crappy, when i played the Lord of the Rings soundtracks over and over and over and over.... they are not cheerful. but, i think it helped to keep me sane.

acknowledging your feelings helps you deal with them.

words of wisdom from someone who's had alot of therapy. chronic depression and a health plan leads to time spent on the couch.
