I came across this discussion on creativity. Revealing whilst also remaining opaque. Very Elvis.

Re: Freakonomics interview with Stephen Dubner 27th October 2018
I was listening to my local Public Radio station this past Friday evening and came upon this continuation of an interview with EC from back in October of last year. As he talked with the host Stephen Dubner I was struck by how affable and contrite he has become. There is very much the air of the elder statesman in his comments and reflections. The mea culpas were most unexpected. He also seems to be very much at peace these days with himself, his music and his place in the world. A heartening listen.
