Bump.
I'd like to make a small, unsolicited announcement here.
Blue and Red, even in the middle of their busy lives and wedding plans, have been focusing on their support of the annual Relay for Life.

I've also noticed on their wedding website http://www.beingelated.com/wedding they have been unselfish enough to ask for donations to cancer research funds in lieu of traditional wedding gifts.
I thought I might try to help them tie these two events, the Relay for Life, and their wedding, together.
In our big web family here on the forum, Doc and I have never met Blue or Red, but consider them family, and have decided to make a donation to their Relay for Life in honor of their wedding. In this spirit of celebrating their new life together and fighting a disease that has taken way too many people from our own lives, we would like to challenge each of you to do what you can to support their cause.

First of all, thanks Spooky & WSS. Really. You're too kind.
And secondly,
And secondly,
I just had to comment on this again, because coincidentally our office/guest room is a nice soothing shade of green! When can we expect you, pophead?pophead2k wrote:Fantastic! Please paint my guest room a soothing shade of green.......

You know, I just got email a couple of hours ago from a dear old high school friend. He told me that one of my classmates just had surgery for breast cancer and is now undergoing a rigorous course of treatment. I had no idea about this when I posted earlier this morning.
Somebody, anybody, stomp out this damn disease. Walk your ass off Red!!!
