I am the biggest offender in terms of responding to my own posts within THIS thread. The enjoyable thing about this thread is that it triggers memories, and causes synapses to fire that haven't fired in years. I find that when posting a song title it reminds of another that I haven't thought about, or heard, in years, but is buried in the archives of my vinyl and CD collections. It is hard not to add a song title when it comes to mind, but if the rules of the game is that sequential posts run counter to the goal, and diminish its value to others, then so be it.

I can't tell you how many times a post to this thread has caused me to dig up an old record and play it after years of not hearing it. I enjoy that.
