Now I want pizza! Thanks a lot...
I bought a sewing machine today. It wasn't as much money as I thought it was going to be. Now all I need to do is learn how to use it. And buy some fabric. And patterns.

Just subscribed to No Depression magazine.
This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

is your DVD out of sync? I watched the M2M video and the BBVD's and it was just discombobulating.
or was it a case of mixing Sudafed and gin again?

I've never seen the word discombobulating in one of Mood Swungs posts before.

Well, Rob let the parakeet out of the cage one time too many. The bird flew through the kitchen and slammed herself into one of my new wine glasses on the cabinet, shattering it. You wouldn't think a dinky little bird could do any damage.
Then I had to listen to Doc go on to the kids about how all he does is use his money to replace stuff we already have that gets broken instead of getting to buy new things.

My Nick Lowe concert t-shirt has shrunk to lilliputian proportions.

Well, you could fix that. And then you could figure out how to make mine 2 sizes larger.

Crappy painful day for me on the shingles front. This ailment is not nearly as gross as it sounds, or at least not in the form I have it, but fuck it hurt a lot today. More ibuprofen for me, plus cold compresses, and maybe some popcorn for dinner which is about all I can swing!
I'm well into the drug therapy and it should be calming down soon, though.
Entertain me!!

G2Shoes, painful confession. I CANNOT sew. I got a b+ on the pants I did for Home Ec, but the zipper actually ended 3 inches before the allotted space in the pants. A benevolent teacher looking to pass me on.....

I just checked to dispel any doubt that MDM spelt the word discombobulating correctly. She did. At least it was spelt correctly for this country. You know how you Americans like to mess with the Queen's English!

Well, I'm getting ready to head of the Newmarket court house for the second week in a row. And by Canadian law I have to show up. Since they didn't pick me for jury duty last Monday, they are allowed to try again this Monday, and maybe even next Monday.
Under normal circumstances I wouldn't mind being picked, but having to go in for four days this week would really screw up my schedule.
This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.
