Either "You'll Never Be a Man" or "Red Sails in the Sunset"...haven't decided....(assuming I can get through -- and get over to someone's house to watch the broadcast!)

There is a song called Red Sails In The Sunset, but I don't know that Elvis has ever done it. Nat King Cole has, and Perry Como, I believe.pip_52 wrote:"Red Sails in the Sunset"? Is that different than "Black Sails in the Sunset" then? . . . .
I requested Black Sails, as well, and will simply crap if he plays it.
I'm glad to see that The Imposters will be joining him.
It's a radiation vibe I'm groovin' on

LTZ breaking the mould there, cos with the exception of Black or even Red Sails, we were mainly asking him to play King of America and Brutal Youth. (Ain't it interesting how BY isn't up in the top echelon of fave LPs for most of us, but huge vote for the songs here?) Bit like Bowie played all of Low and all of Heathen last year at two gigs. How cool was that? Wouldn't you just love to see Elv do, say, all KOA followed by all of North at a gig? Could we just ask for that and keep it simple?

Otis, you're right! But man....I'm really feeling like a wasted a vote now...I should've picked something from the Blood and Chocolate bonus disc! You know, one of the ones with just El and his electric...
"If you don't love me...tell me right now..."
"It is all these things, that make you mine..."
sigh.
