A Town Called Riddle

Post by Neil. »

Does anyone know anything about this song?

I've never heard it and can't find it on YouTube as a fan vid.

What's the style? He does it as an opener on the current tour, so I'm guessing it's a rocker (would be rare to open with a ballad).

Funny you should say that Neil. I've been meaning to look for it at YouTube.... but it's not there??? If your bronxapostle was going to any of the remaining shows, it would be up before bedtime that night!! :D :D Glad you stated this here....I bet someone does so and links it here before too long. Cheers m8, ba

Cool, BA.

Also, am v curious about the fate of A Face in the Crowd musical. Still no news!

We might end up with it as an album at this rate.

Absolutely.

Interesting that there’s more than a smattering of A Face In The Crowd songs in this tour’s setlists.

Since you put me down, it seems i've been very gloomy. You may laugh but pretty girls look right through me.

Thanks Sweetest Punch. A chaotic little song! Quite rambunctious!

Agree...i find it similar to THE DELIVERY MAN, both track and era, in sound and feel. Thanks for the share SP and my great appreciation to all the tapers and filmers, no matter the quality.

sounded OK as mentioned above we really need the face in the crowd LP. Some great songs on there. The play may never happen. The way Elvis has been playing the 'new songs' perhaps the new album will be close

To me it sounds a bit like 'Honey are you straight or are you blind', with a bit of 'The Deportees' Club' thrown in - which is not a bad combination, to be fair!
