ABBA has one; now it's Elvis' turn

I've just seen Mama Mia! (It was good. Not great but good) The plot had nothing to do with the songs. It got me wandering about a storyline for the music of one Elvis Costello.

Off the top of my head I was thinking it would be a 'coming of age' musical, but then I thought that all musical were like this. Then I thought a Sweeney Todd/Dickens-esque type might bode well. Any thoughts?

When I win the lottery I may or may not produce this musical.

Ice! You can produce Blue and I's. We've got a GREAT one, I just can't say though, because this idea is GOLD. All EC songs. I can say no more.
