A Terrifyingly Depressing Sight...

This is for all non-EC or peripheral-EC topics. We all know how much we love talking about 'The Man' but sometimes we have other interests.

No, it's a Smiths-shirt-bearing Fred Durst.

Fred Durst needs to hang it up. Enjoy your millions and stop making crappy music and flaunting your ego all over.
I wish that I could push a button
And talk in the past and not the present tense
And watch this hurtin' feeling disappear
Like it was common sense
It was a fine idea at the time
Now it's a brilliant mistake

Isn't it a positive sight? At least if someone (about whom I know next to nothing, but appears to be someone) who projects a revoltingly macho image can endorse the sexually ambivalent Smiths, there less likely to beat someone up or insult them for being 'a faggot' or whatever. And if someone you think is a total arsehole turns out to have sone decent taste after all, isn't the world a little sunnier?

$10 says Fred Durst has never heard a Smiths song.
This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

Fred must have spent many warm summer days indoors, writing frightning verse to a bucktoothed girl in Luxembourg.
Everyone just needs to fuckin’ relax. Smoke more weed, the world is ending.

In school all the black girls wear Ramones tshirts. I get all excited because, hey, cross-culture pollination! Except they have no idea what the logo on their boobs is of.

Sigh.
