yeah you can hear quite easily outside, probably see inside too
i've done that numerous times there.

...AND the tix are $25. Now why is it that a once-in-a-lifetime event like that doesn't cost $100 and the crap seats in the last row of the old arty theater don't cost $25??? Hmmm?
