US Pre Sale Information

Apparently the Elvis Presales are on for some of the US dates. These are

Los Angeles- Pre-Sale takes place 1/7 at noon pst and ends on 1/9
Seattle- pre-sale 1/7 at 1:00 PST
Portland- pre-sale 1/7 at 1:00 PST
San Francisco- pre-sale 1/17 1:00 PST

If you are booking, the username is "elviscostello" and password is "north" (without quotes, of course).

Being an Anglophile I am only giving out information I have received but I'm sure this information is correct.

Now can any of you return the favour and tell me when the other UK dates will be?!

Verbal, I'll be sure to ask him about UK tour dates for you when Moody and I see him next month.

But I thought you had better Elvis connections that the rest of us. How come you don't already know?

The Los Angeles pre-sale was sold out by 12:04 p.m. It took all of four minutes. I wonder how many seats were available via the pre-sale.

Maybe Im wrong, but his shows don't sell out that often do they? I've never had trouble getting a ticket, here or in the U.S.......

This was just the pre-sale. I'm sure there will be tickets available when they go on sale to the general public.

Hey everyone,

TRY again!!! I spent an hour and a half pushing the reload button.....

Get this...

I GOT SIXTH ROW JUST OFF CENTER.

And that was at an hour and 34 minutes after it went on sale.

I think their site goes wacky. It would say it was sold out, and then you could buy them. Also, it won't accept the elviscostello/north password stuff after you have the tickets in your cart. AND it won't accept any email/password you already have set up with "Kate". You have to sign up as a new user once you have those tickets in your cart......COLLOSSAL PAIN IN THE ASS.

Try again!!! Thanks for the heads up Spooky!!!

Who else is going? Want to do something? Dinner? Coffee? Drinks? Toiletpapering?

Yeah for you, Misha! I was wondering if you would find out in time.

If I were closer Mood and I would meet you for coffee, dinner or mischief, but alas, we will be in Nashville. Maybe one day.

Misha is a very happy camper,,,,,,now I just have to wait for SF to go on sale....

Oh, another tip guys, if you can go and set up your new email name and password prior to buying tix, will save you lotsa grief!! Just go to the site where it shows all of the presales, then go to Account at the top of the page and fill it out, then when you go to buy tickets, no problem.....

Enjoy the shows, guys!! The last show I saw was October 16, 2002 in Minneapolis (only about 200 miles from where I live). It was all electric, with the Imposters, and the sound was great!! I'm waiting for The Man to come back this way, but it didn't happen last year, and probably won't this year either.

Oh well. we want a report!!

No fear there, I will post a complete report...and a setlist if I don't get beaten to the punch!!!

Saw him four times last year....have made a little room on the plastic for this year.....

Senior Service, are you alive?

Bobster....did you get a ticket yet???? They are on ticketmaster now.

Saw tickets on Ebay for this, Two front row tickets are going for 500.00, one Front row ticket is 239.00, Second row, two tickets 375.00, Fourth row one ticket 115.00.

Better off on Ticketmaster so far.....

Scalping Bastards....85.00 a ticket normally!!

Elvis better shake his money maker for that price!

And I will be there as well -- got a oner like Senior. Didn't feel like trying to sell one my only moderately-EC-liking friends on purchasing, and got a slightly better ticket that way, too. Though it is in the "cheap" seats. ($70.00!!!!). Hope I'm not seated next to anyone smelly.
