Has D. Krall been here?

This is for all non-EC or peripheral-EC topics. We all know how much we love talking about 'The Man' but sometimes we have other interests.

Has D. Krall been here?

Post by ice nine »

Has the missus been snooping around here to get the dirt on her future ex? Where is BurnishedGold? Funny how you never see her and Ms. Krall together.

Seems like DK's been too busy holding Elvis' hand to be able to type on a message board . . .

Well, that might turn out kinda badly.

"Doo dee doo...Think I'll check this out. Declan, honey, look at this! Someone posted a picture of us at the Ivy! Aww, that's so...Wow. My butt looks kinda big there. Honey, does my butt look big in this picture?"

"Um. No."

"What was that?"

"What was what, pearl of my heart?"

"That 'um.' I distinctly heard an 'um.' What was that for?"

"Nothing! Nothing. I was...meditating. Meditating, yeah. Umm...."

"Meditating? Meditating on what, how my butt is? Jesus Christ! I don't believe you!"

"But, but, darling..."

"Don't 'darling' me! You're sleeping on the couch tonight, pal! Jesus!" *slams door*

*EC shakes fist at computer* "Damn you, Elvis Costello Fans v2.0! DAMN YOU!"

And, scene.

One hand for playing piano, one hand keeping hold of Elvis. She's a talented bird, that one. Meh.

whtesde - and after that we get the inspiration for Elvis' next album. A concept album of initially how someone is left in the dark but a little later he's in the mood again. What? He's already done it? Oh right.

Do keep up verbal!

To everyone who believed I was funny: Shucks, 'tweren't nothin'.

Verbal, I'd like to see the concept album this relationship inspires ten years down the line. I can see the hit single: the haunting ballad No, Goddamnit, You Take Out the Trash.

Doesnt he have that "one musician in the family is enough" rule? Wonder who'll win that one . . .

I'm right here. and NO, that is not "Diana" on this message board. Diana has better things to do folks.

She is VERY nice though. You guys should give her a chance.
