Paul Newman RIP

This is for all non-EC or peripheral-EC topics. We all know how much we love talking about 'The Man' but sometimes we have other interests.

Oh my god. Such a huge figure. So many great films.
This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

Sadly, it wasn't unexpected as he'd been ill for a few months. Total class act in all facets of his life until the end. I think Slap Shot was the first R rated movie I ever saw (stayed up late one night to catch it on HBO!) and The Verdict, Hud, The Hustler, The Hudsucker Proxy, to name just a very few, are amongst my favorite films. Paul quipped to Maureen Dowd once that he feared his epitaph would read, "Died a failure because his eyes turned brown." Not by a long shot. RIP.

Enough shirtless George Kennedy to last a lifetime!

Great scene.

A class act, all the way to the very end.

RIP, Mr. Newman.
