I am going to be joining a 3rd wave ska band soon and was looking for an EC song to cover. I this the live version of "Opportunity" on the Get Happy!! bonus disk would fun, any other ideas?

I have no clue what, if any, meaning might be in the song as a whole, but I can explain one line.
"Big money for families having more than one" is a reference to Family Allowance, one of the cornerstones of the post war welfare state in the UK, whereby (typically) mothers could claim a weekly allowance for 2nd and subsequent children.
