Here's the setlist, as I recall it:
1) (The Angels Wanna Wear My) Red Shoes
2) Either Side of the Same Town
3) Veronica
4) River in Reverse (w/ I Don't Want to Be a Soldier)
5) Down Among the Wines and Spirits
6) From Sulfur to Sugarcane
7) Alison
8) Man Out of Time
9) American Gangster Time
10) Uncomplicated/Not Fade Away
11) (What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace Love and Understanding
12) Complicated Shdows (started off, "This is a song I wrote for Johnny Cash. You don't have to applaud, he didn't record it)
13) The Scarlet Tide
Terrific concert. Not quite as talkative as at Bloomington, IL, but at least as good, I thought.

This Dylan fan account lists a song not mentioned -

The
remarkable highlight of the evening, for me, was Elvis Costello's
rendition of "Not Fade Away". We had driven through Clear Lake on our way
down from Minneapolis this morning and had Buddy Holly on our mind. Elvis'
guitarmanship was exhilirating.

What song is mentioned that I didn't list? See song 10 in my list--Uncomplicated segued into Not Fade Away.
I'd say that Carver-Hawkeye was well more than a third full, unless you count the area behind the stage. Concert capacity is a bit over 8,000, I think, and I heard there were a bit over 4000 tickets sold. And at least in the section I was sitting in, the audience wasn't very passive, either--though maybe more so than in Bloomington on Saturday.
