Dogfighting can lead you to Jesus. Who knew?
Ok, maybe this isn't WTF, but I was too lazy to look for celebrity justice.

Like me, the "g" is silent.
Everyone who gets in trouble suddenly finds religion, it seems.I personally think his punisment should be locking him in a cage with the dogs he trained to fight (armed with nothing but his teeth, that's all they have).
I got tired of hearing about him when he was at Virginia Tech. I only live 30 minutes away and he was treated like a god here.
His insistence on referring to himself in 3rd person all the time pisses me of, too.

Vick's "remorse" is transparent. He's just pissed off that he was caught, and that his NFL career may be over for good. I think he'd do it all again without even blinking.
Indeed. His participation in dogfighting is not "immature" as he stated...or a "mistake"- that would imply a fleeting lack of judgement. He was apparently involved in this operation for several years- starting around the time he signed his first NFL contract in 2001. If it was a simple matter of immaturity, one would think he would have outgrown his love for animal torture in that time.

Well, it was a pretty bizzare case. They didn't really have much evidence against Spector except for the fact that he is a total nut who has, in the past, threatened people very publicly.
This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

That's pretty much how it works in this country. How else do you think So Lack is allowed to roam the streets?BlueChair wrote:They didn't really have much evidence against Spector except for the fact that he is a total nut who has, in the past, threatened people very publicly.
