This compilation couldn't have happened without the assistance of my good friend appleberry.

To honour "romeo's" trip to the US for the recent Dylan tour where he was kind enough to capture a few Elvis Costello sets.

A tip of the hat to StewArt for another great job on the artwork and for having to patience to continue working it through 3 revisions...no fault of his own. It's included in the torrent but hopefully he'll be around soon to link to it.
