Bebe Buell & Burt Bacharach Autobiographies + Dusty

Hi. I'm still down-sizing and have two books that EC fans might like.
Burt Bacharach's autobiography Any One Who Had A Heart has some interesting stuff about working with EC, particularly on Painted From Memory.
Babe Buell's autobiography Rebel Heart is a better, well more salacious read, and details her version of her relationship with EC.
There's also a Dusty Springfield CD - a remaster of Dusty In Memphis (+ extra tracks). Of interest to EC completists is his liner notes. God. The man writes with loving detail.
Happy to post these to UK (sorry outside UK). I'm not asking for any money for these but an agreement to pay the appropriate postage to a charity/Big Issue seller.
