That would be a good double bill

Post by ice nine »

I had my iPod touch on shuffle and what came on was Radio, Radio (Capital Radio version) off of This Year's Model (disc #2). This version is just Elvis playing electric guitar. It got me thinking that a concert with Elvis and Billy Bragg would be amazing to see. Have the two ever worked together?

Thanks, Ulster. I should have done my homework before posting.

I’m glad you didn’t as it was great to reread this!

It was a good part of a triple bill - I have a recording of this somewhere on cassette. I regularly go to meetings now at the Institute of Education on Bedford Way and the signs for Logan Hall (in the basement) are a nice reminder of EC.
