Can't believe Hand in Hand is out. What an incredible song. This and Lipstick Vogue. The world's gone to pot!

The band's performance on Hand in Hand is stunning. That crazy bass in 'bully boys out'. And the heartbreaking organ riff on 'don't you know I'm an animal - but don't you know I can't stand up steady' - aaaaargh.

i agree...should have been in top three at least. very hard casting ballot AGAINST any song on this album from the beginning of this poll.

So far, as much as I can detect, the complaints in these eliminations have all come (with one very honourable exception BA) from UK and Europeans - does this mean anything??!!
I'd also like to point out that this is my 2000th post which makes me :-
1/7 as knowledgeable as John Foyle
Nearly half as cheerful as BA,
40% more musical than Neil (!)
1/3 times more cheeky than Goon Squad
2/3 as meticulous as ANCT and.................

1/6 as witty as VG !

Love to you all, stay safe for the next 2000 posts
