I sat about six seats down from Kim Basinger and her young daughter at a sushi bar in Tarzana last night. Sushi bars seem to be among the best places for celeb sightings in L.A.

This is cruel. A couple years ago it would have been Imperial Bedroom hands down, but B&C has really grown on me lately.
