Thanks for your suggestions. I would like to include Station To Station and the 'full' Sweet Thing. Be My Wife was in there initially, but in the end I left it out. I guess it should be in there after all. I can't leave out Absolute Beginners though, it's one of his favourite Bowie-songs.

Oops, right, I posted a unmodified track order of CD 2.

Otis, I would really like to see the changes you'd make since I'm not quite happy with this.

Help me make a Bowie-compilation!

I'm putting together a 2-CD Bowie-compilation for a friend as a small gift for christmas. He likes Bowie but doesn't own any albums. I'm having big problems setting on something, because I can't help involving my feelings for a particular track when it comes to including/excluding it, and our tastes...

A separate part of the forum for 'lists' ?

Considering the flood of top tens and various other lists here lately, perhaps it would be a good idea to open a new section of the forum just for lists and polls like these. That way list-crazed people like me won't feel bad clogging up the Annex with these threads? ;)

I got Black Sea and as I put it on for the first time I got a major deja-vu hearing the intro for Respectable Street. Has this song been used in any known movies, tv-series, commercials? I'm certain I havn't heard the song before, but I'm sure I've heard that intro.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll get one of his "cover"-albums next. Heh, I'm beginning to think you've heard every song I included on your CD Circle discs. If you havn't received them yet I don't think you will. It shouldn't take, what, three weeks?, to deliver something like this!

For Your Pleasure is my favourite, followed by Country Life, Stranded, Roxy Music, Avalon and then Siren. Got Manifesto, 'tis decent. Havn't even bothered getting Flesh & Blood. Should I? Regarding Ferry on his own, I like him alot too. Boys & Girls and Bete Noire are very enjoyable listens....

Hunky Dory (and the rest) 6. Heroes 7. Outside 8. The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust 9. Aladdin Sane 10. Reality 11...

That sounds vaguely worrying. Would seem strange that this venue would announce it as a headline on their website without E.C knowing anything about it and I have no idea whether or not he's responsible for any specific tour dates. The venue's announcement says this show is part of a tour though.
