Yep. No hard and fast rules, just band names with a certain symmetry that makes them sound like a pair. Some are better than others, but let's see how many you clever lot can come up with.

Bands separated at birth? Another new game.

I was thinking about this in the car earlier...

Kings Of Leon; Fountains Of Wayne?

Better Than Ezra; Less Than Jake?

White Stripes; Black Keys?

Bare Naked Ladies; Men Without Hats?

Got more?

Saw the new Harry Potter tonight. Fabulous-- my son and I ate it up like a big bowl of ice cream. Among other perks, Alan Rickman gets some decent screen time, all of which he turns to gold.

To her credit, she HATES going in the house and will wait as long as she possibly can. It's my job to make sure she doesn't have to wait so long as to be cruel, and I'm usually pretty good, but it's like she has the poop equivalent of jet lag.... sigh...

See, I like these games where doing well is secondary. :) In other random thoughts, would someone please tell me what has changed in my household routine (I've wracked my brain and can't figure) that has led to my dog waking me up in the middle of the night because she has to poo? All week I've been...

1. I have no idea
2. Around 500, I think

I never said I was good! It's almost more fun, because funnier, when they go 0'.

If that's what I think it is, my son and I are addicted to it-- we play it on the Cartoon Network site (yes the same, just checked, it's a spinoff from Codename: Kids Next Door). Totally cracks us up. The music and sounds are perfect. Hint: it's easier to hit the hamsters as they're falling rather t...

If it's any consolation, it would be very very hard in Boston, too, while being in an inferior city (imo; go ahead, let the hate mail flow) with a lower wage scale. But I'm sorry to hear, MBA.

I can't always keep track of it all myself, despite being fascinated, because I'm horrible with names. Amazing stuff though, ain't it? Poor Nancy, quite tragic in love. Truly faithful, you could argue, to a husband and a lover, and yet neither was faithful to her or appreciated her. Alexv, you shoul...

I'm so, *so* glad to take the blame for this, and even more, I'm glad you enjoyed the letters. I laughed out loud just reading those excerpts (Lloyd George and Stalin made me choke on my iced coffee). Their combined voice is utterly addictive, no? Glad you mentioned about 'Boots' Connolly, I always ...

He's one of the many artists I've discovered largely thanks to the good people of this here Board, and I'll be psyched to hear what his new music sounds like.

It is a shame you can't do glasses. And it would be good if they had a few more body types... the one I used does me some favors, but I can't justify the obese one.... :)

That does look like you, Sam!
