I recommend Pinkerton and the first Weezer album! That stuff was some of the best American music to come out of the 90's. And that's pretty objective data too.

Napolean Dynamite

This has probably been covered many times, but Elvis' B&C persona translates into a WONDERFUL movie! Vote for Pedro!

There would be rioting if my list was published, having Elvis at # 2. I guess that's why we're all here! Shout out to SMM!

Yeah. One of my friends was digging Clown Strike, even though the lyrics were not easily deciphered. Then Elvis launched into Radio, Radio, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. But after that.... After being tsunamied with Elvis' wall of sound for an hour, it got even worse for my companio...

I live the life I love and I love the life I live. Hello MS and SMM! The Chicago concert was ok. Does this mean I've seen Elvis too many times? I think we were just too far away from the stage. I brought my wife and 2 friends, and I didn't think they enjoyed it too much. I don't think they could und...

Costello and the Imposters closed with the ballad "The Scarlet Tide," his Grammy-nominated song from the "Cold Mountain" soundtrack, during which he sang a verse a cappella that surely was lost in the upper reaches of the cavernous Auditorium. This was a dramatic yet needless ex...

So my Uncle was about to go snorkling in Hawaii, when a short, pasty, pudgy man handed his spectacles to a tall blonde jazz artist. The man had a big black snorkling mask on, and was Elvis Costello. My uncle nodded. Elvis raised his eyebrows.

They could've been diving for pearls...

I got TOO excited about this thread

Wow, what a funny feeling. I just had to check this out. Ipod may be the closest thing I've ever had to trying drugs. Wait...I had a dark Taco Bell period in 2003. Anyway, I have a pathetic 1500 songs on my Ipod. But that's only because i don't prioritize my day well enough. Beatles +solo Beatles 20...

GCW has gotten a bad rap around here!

I too have just listened to it for the first time.

Is Home Truth his best song? It's never in any of our rankings, but it is deeply and disturbingly wonderful.

And I believe that Love Field is perfect.

The new album!
