not sure about tie, his black leather jacket and that hat he always wears, everytime i've seen him out he always has that hat on. and he was by himself.

good times, i think he is leaving at the end of the week to play memphis and record at easley mccain studios.

word from engineer clay jones mother (small town), elvis is actually staying in clarksdale while recording in oxford, its about a 45 minute drive each day.

he was eating soup, he comes in a bunch apparently and always gets the soup said the workers. when he went to the bathroom i was going to get up and see what the book was on his table, but i decided i didnt want to be too stalkerish. sorry, not sure.

i saw Elvis today eating lunch by himself and reading a book, waited for him to pay and i went up and talked to him for a few minutes. my first encounter with him, was really really nice.

yeah you can hear quite easily outside, probably see inside too

yeah, i haven't read it...but he is a pretty crappy writer. he is actually from Oxford, has a pretty big house here, but got fed up with something and moved to Virginia. I've never thought much of him, and in all the movies from the books they make the south seem a lot worse and just really stretch ...

to add some more.... counting crows, blue mountain, neilson hubbard, modest mouse, and trent dabbs who's album is about to come out, amazing stuff.

hi, i'm from oxford, mississippi and we have a pretty famous recording studio here and have been hearing rumors of elvis coming here for about a month doing recordings and playing 2 shows, one on april 1 and one april 2nd...has anybody else heard rumors that elvis may be recording again?
